Digital Prism

Enjoy this song made by me. I called it Digital Prism. It is just what I can think about with the "shiny" intro it has. I also encourage you to make music so you can see it as a hobby that you can share with others (me included).

I am thinking right now on creating a new album but this is going to be done in its time!

RoboCop Vs Terminator Metal Arrangement Stage 1-4 By Pedro VGM

Yet another video game cover. This time it is for RoboCop VS The Terminator. I think it is the first metal arrangement of the Stage 1-4 of this game and yes it is kind of overlooked but I felt that this great song could not be left behind. Enjoy!

What is really game music about?

Video games are definitely something we like and the music in them is a very important part of them. We as game composers do not have to only aim to create tracks that can accomplish the mere objective of sounding like a certain genre only.

Think a while on the games you have seen with great soundtracks. You may recall Super Mario Galaxy, Fire Emblem or the YS series. So, the fact is that you have probably a certain group of games that you probably like more than others and those tracks are emblematic indeed.



Video game music should be composed "aiming to the specific game". Creating an environmental track that can make the gamer feel really involved with the game can be a challenge for some composers. One technique I use is to "imagine" the environment in my mind and then I think of a song that would make sense to put in there.

You will not like putting a rock and roll song in a section of a game where the character is in a forest that is supposed to be relaxing and quite calmed. Always aim to the game and not 100% to what a client could ask you. They may even like the song more if you try to "satisfy the game".  

Video game music is a very specific kind of art that is almost "gamers only". You will not see people of other fandoms listening to video game music.

Hope this advice is worthy for you so you can create better music in your next projects!

Fountain of Echoes

Fountain of Echoes is the name of  song that I made which probably will make you feel like in a very distant world. This is a epic-styled genre song and I am really glad to keep making more music for people like you :)

More projects going on with Matthew Hornbostel

This time I have been working on the game project of Matthew Hornbostel who is a freelancer game developer. I am glad to have this opportunity because we are aiming to collab in Youtube and he is getting some music from me.

You can look up for his Youtube channel and look for his works on his website as well I saw he is a very dedicated artist so you may want to look on your own.




He is working in a game that is called Spiral Skies which I highly reccomend you to take a look because it is looks quite promising!

Who is Pedro VGM

Pedro VGM is just the name of the brand and musician project I am creating. Thanks God, there are already new ideas I have been working in. I intend to get more songs in the long term and it is really good to know that the project is still ongoing.

For those who are a lot in the Fire Emblem Gaiden game who has been recently announced, check this out!
